Scary and hilarious, the President needs permission to use the bathroom and also isn't even sure he needs to go...

NEW: Huh, here's a question...why are "MAY NEED A BATHroom" capitolized, but the rest isn't...does he always write like this or is there some hidden communication here - man, this guy makes me paranoid!
